Regional Sales Manager - Learning App (3-7 yrs)
We are looking for Sales and Marketing Managers to independently lead business units . As the BU head, you will develop and drive plans to expand its students base across India and will take end-to-end P&L ownership for your BU. You will have full responsibility of sales, marketing and operations functions for your BU, and will be constantly developing new initiatives that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of these functions.
You must be comfortable with defining, developing and using metrics to drive the vision and manage a business unit independently.
Responsibilities :
- Build and motivate teams to achieve profit targets for your BU and ensure month-on-month growth.
- Create the strategies that steer the BU team including overall organization structure, hiring, compensation, sales targets, lead generation and management, territory optimization etc.
- Drive consistent sales goal setting processes (with RMs and Sales Managers) and design sales incentive plans, partnering with cross-functional teams and sales leadership
- Establish brand's value and ensure brand value's consistency across all media channels i.e., TV, Print, Social Media and BTL activities (e.g., events, seminars)
- Leverage internal tools (CRM, Sales app) to drive efficiencies in operational processes
- Ensure quality assurance methods and metrics are in place for operational excellence
