Regional Sales Manager - IT infrastructure Solutions (7-12 yrs)

Position: Regional Manager - Sales & Marketing
Job Location: Cochin
Experience: 7-12 years
Salary Package: 6-9 Lakhs p.a (40k+ incentives)
Age limit: 30-45 years.
Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technology needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and insights on system integration solutions that align with their strategic goals.
2. Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and business opportunities to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
3. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and networking activities.
- Qualify leads, conduct product presentations, and negotiate terms to secure new business deals and contracts.
4. Proposal Development and Closure:
- Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and quotations in response to client requirements and RFPs.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to ensure favorable outcomes and timely closure of deals.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including solution architects, project managers, and delivery teams, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders to address client needs, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 7-12 years of experience in business development or sales roles.
-Managerial and team handling experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of system integration concepts, technology solutions, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport, establish trust, and influence decision-makers at all levels of the organization.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
