Roles & Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the region to meet revenue and profitability targets.

- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Team Management:

- Recruit, train, mentor, and lead a team of sales representatives or account managers.

- Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback and coaching to the team.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Act as the primary point of contact for escalated client issues and ensure timely resolution.

Performance Monitoring:

- Track sales metrics, analyze performance data, and prepare regular reports for senior management.

- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Market Development:

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop campaigns and initiatives that support regional growth.

- Expand the company's presence in the region by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Compliance & Reporting:

- Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and industry regulations.

- Provide accurate sales forecasts and budgets for the region.

Skills Required:

- Min Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field;

- Min experience of 8-10 years in the IT sales and consulting with an MBA from Tier 1 Institutions.

- Proven track record of successfully managing enterprise-level client relationships and driving business growth.

- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- In-depth knowledge of the ITES industry and market trends.

- Financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets effectively.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
