Regional Sales Manager - IT (7-12 yrs)
A IT software, product company is looking for (non-Retail, non-telecom) field sales personals. Must have handles India domestic market, building CXO interactions. Role is purely hunting and farming; business development and Account management.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY: -
- Developing and executing business development strategy and plan across multiple verticals.
- Lead national expansion for existing and new territories and act as a true hunter in defined verticals.
- Solution and concept selling with an understanding of the vision of organization to sync with the offerings.
- A proactive leader and planner with cross-functional expertise in handling corporate clients, selling Enterprise solutions (preferably BI/CRM products) & key account management.
- Create and maintain CXO level relationship and analyse business opportunities.
QUALIFICATION & SKILLSET: -
- 7-15 years of experience in Hunting role and Sales Management.
- A Bachelor's degree is mandatory. MBA would be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
- Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
