Job Description:
We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager, who has experience in the ERP industry.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region
- Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals
- Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
- Assisting sales personnel in their techniques
- Developing specific plans to ensure growth for both long and short-term
- Educating the sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings
- Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements
- Lead Generation through Cold Calling, e-mail campaigns, and online marketing
- Arrange and participate in conference calls between technical staff members and management decision makers to execute and facilitate the sales process
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in the ERP industry is a must.
- Should have managed a team before.
- Sound knowledge about the industry.
- Passionate about sales management and team management.
- Good Communication Skills. and a positive attitude.
