- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities in complex markets.
- Knowledge of the IT industry, including hardware, software, and services.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
