Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at RIMS Bizzserve Private Limited in Mumbai Branch. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets set by the company.

Qualifications: Graduate/ Post Graduate/MBA in Business

Experience : 4 to 6 years in the same industry Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or management role, preferably in local services, online directories, or similar sectors.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Salary Budget : Upto 6.5Lpa Plus Incentives

Notice Period : 15 days to 1 month

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Strategy:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business goals.

- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, ensuring optimal performance and continuous development.

- Set clear sales objectives and monitor performance to ensure team members meet or exceed targets.

- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide feedback to sales personnel.

Client Acquisition & Retention:

- Identify and target new business opportunities in local services and online directories.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, business owners, and stakeholders.

- Conduct client presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive relationship management.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

- Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

- Provide valuable insights for product development and improvement based on client feedback.

Sales Reporting & Forecasting:

- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

- Track sales KPIs and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.

- Analyze data to identify trends, strengths, and areas of improvement.

Collaboration:

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and objectives.

- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of contracts and service delivery.

Training & Development:

- Train new sales team members and support ongoing skill development for existing team members.

Conduct workshops and seminars to enhance the sales team's performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Experience:

- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or management role, preferably in local services, online directories, or similar sectors.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Skills:

- Strong leadership and people management skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand market dynamics.

- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.

- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with sales data and KPIs.
