Regional Sales Manager - IT (10-12 yrs)
-Responsible for setting and achieving annual volume and gross profit targets through implementing sales and marketing strategies for a territory.
-Maintaining and expanding customer base by identifying new markets and client segments for growth while building and maintaining rapport with key customers in the territory.
- Establishes sales objectives and annual sales quotas for regions/territories and allocating them across the regional sales team, both for existing and new\products/services.
- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending congresses, events,educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing networks,participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by counselling sales managers and supporting achievement of business results as needed.

- You have great listening skills, being able to quickly identify clients- pain points.
- You take proactive and creative approaches to attend to clients- needs (even if they are sometimes not aware of those needs).
