Regional Sales Manager - Interior Designing Firm (3-8 yrs)
- Candidates need to generate branch sales with Architects, builders, Interior designers and direct customers.
- To promote Architectural products and other associated products of the group.
- Handle team in the assigned region and support to increase the sales. Analyze new marketing trends and developing business plans to increase the sale volume.
- Guide the team and handle customers in respect of products features, price finalizing and various sales activities.
- Achievement of sales targets and prompt collection of payments.
- Ensuring maintenance of excellent business relations with existing Clients/ Architects.
- Streamlining and optimally structuring the reporting hierarchy of the sales team for high efficiency
- Monitoring and guiding the sales team
- Handling Key High Value Customers
- Maintaining high morale of the Sales Team
- Sales Experience of European Architectural products, Lighting, Modular kitchens, Kitchen Appliances, Indoor, Furniture, Outdoor furniture, Home furnishings, Office furniture, Interior Designing, Interior D- cor, Aluminium Windows and Roofing System, Railings and Staircases, Wooden Flooring.
