Do you have what it takes?
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of proven success in sales and marketing, with insurance industry experience being a plus.
- A history of exceeding sales targets and leading teams to victory.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to inspire and empower your team.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about achieving ambitious goals.
- Age 21-38, with a valid driver's license.
- Personal two-wheeler for field activities.
