Role :
1. Responsible for quality team development and playing important role in expanding the market
2. Build a robust and profitable distribution network of Advisors
3. To plan and achieve business targets in the area productivity, new premium, persistency, agent activation etc.
4. Hire, train, c and advise a team of sales representative
5. Work on opportunities of cross-selling and upselling

Qualification: Graduate
Experience: Minimum 2+ years in sales and marketing
Age: Minimum 21 Years - Maximum 38 Years
