About the Role:
The Regional Sales Manager will lead and manage the sales team in a specified region. This role requires driving sales targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring the overall growth of the sales channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a regional sales team to achieve targets.
- Monitor sales performance and set appropriate goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to boost regional sales.
- Foster strong relationships with key agency partners.
- Provide ongoing coaching and development to the sales team.
- Report on regional sales performance to higher management.
Requirements:
- 1-2+ years of sales experience, with leadership experience in BFSI or related fields.
- Proven track record in sales performance and leadership.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum undergraduate degree.
Compensation: - 3.20 LPA to - 3.80 LPA + incentives.
