Role

Role is responsible for P&L and driving the Business Development in the respective regions with respect to the SME & Industrial segment. The

Reporting to Sales Director -SME & Industrial

Key Deliverables:

- Revenues & Revenue Growth

- Customer Acquisition

- Maximize Margins

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieving Business Targets

- Acquiring Customer on Ecommerce platform

- Sales / Business Development Planning

- Market Research

- Lead Generation

- Sales Calls

- Team Management

- Relationship Management Suppliers, Customers, SME Organizations etc.

- Market Penetration

Salary : INR 14,00,000 - 20,00,000 P.A.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Qualifications Degree/Diploma in Engineering

Age: Preferably less than 40 years

Experience: 12-15 years experience in Industrial Sales (Direct Sales)

Knowledge of SMEs and Industrial Areas is a must. Local Language knowledge will be advantage

Projects / Concept Selling -Added advantage

Preferred companies: Raw Materials(Metals), Machine Tools, Industrial Automation (Rockwell Automation, Switchgear, Material Handling, 3M, Industrial Adhesives)

Should have managed business value of INR 15-20 Cr per annum

Hands on experience required and required to work in the field
