Job Description - Regional Sales Manager Mumbai
- To be responsible for sales in his assigned product & area in the zone.
- Managing all sales team activities.
- To achieve his individual target & the targets of his team members.
- To motivate, support & coordinate with his team to achieve sales target.
- Helping to set sales goals and monitoring their progress, making improvements or adjustments when needed.
- Forecasting sales goals and keeping tabs on the needs of the market.
- Exp. in Distributors & Institutional sales (Govt. Tenders).
- To ensure customer satisfaction through various services offered by the company.
- Delivering reports on sales goals, targets, and additional sales insights.
- To comply with company's system and processes.
Desirable candidate
- Candidates should be from In-Vitro Diagnostic industry and must have experience of 6 to 10 years of experience.
- He must be a good team player with good communication skills.
- Experience leading a team.
- He must have good coaching skills.
Qualifications :
- B.Sc. Chemistry/Biochemistry/Biomedical, M.Sc Chemistry/Biochemistry,
- B.E Biomedical Enginer.
