Regional Sales Manager - In-Vitro Diagnostic (5-12 yrs)

- Responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and business development strategies for the company.

- Will be leading a region/territory sales & business development team to establish long-term partnerships with key customers (Hospitals & Laboratories) for sourcing business for the Company.

- Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales.

- Devising & delivering on all sales objectives and goals across the territory under consideration, including sales targets.

- Develop and implement effective & innovative sales strategies.

- Lead region wide sales & business development team members to achieve company's sales targets.

- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel within customer accounts.

- Define, develop and execute the standard operating processes for documentation & protocols of the sales process (e.g. workflow management tool based as well as hard copy requirements for risk compliance)

- Negotiate and close agreements with customers.

- Define or develop, monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements.

- Prepare monthly/quarterly sales forecasts in accordance to the agreed annual company targets.

- Perform market pulse/research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.

- Ensure meeting of business principles & compliance of the team as laid down by the company.

- Exp. in Distributors & Institutional sales (Govt. Tenders).

- Maintain timely expense reporting and documentation of sales activities.

- Conduct product training and marketing campaigns to enhance the brand awareness, manage the key accounts and maintain the relationship of KOL to enhance the academic influence of the company.

Required Skills:

- Candidates should be from the In-Vitro Diagnostic industry.

- Must be a good team player with excellent communication skills.

- Experience in leading a team.

- Should have good connections in the industry.

- Should have good selling skills.

- Should have experience in dealing with institutions and distributors.

- Should be able to impart product and sales training to team members.
