Regional Sales Manager - Hotel (12-28 yrs)
The Ideal Candidate
This role will be working with clients and potential clients and will need to provide excellent organizational, networking, communication and negotiating skills with every person. Someone who can identify, qualify and convert qualified leads and opportunities in the target region while developing, meeting, and exceeding region-specific account plans, quotas and targets. Develop and foster relationships to build trust to secure future business with Executive/Leadership in each target account. Provide intelligence on industry competitors/trends to educate operations staff. Partner with Marketing and actively participate in various online and in-person security groups (i.e. roundtables, conferences, social media and other security networks) and provide input for product development and services. This person will utilize Salesforce and log detailed records in the system to provide ongoing client communication
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities :
- Responsible for branches bottom line profit in region
- Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals
- Oversee all operations in region, including inventory management and selection
- Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly
- Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports and submits analysis and recommendations to senior management
- Assists in the hiring and development of management and sales associates in the region
- Assists other Regional Sales Managers in their assigned region as needed
- Effectively manages sales budget for the region
