Profile - Regional Sales Manager- HORECA

Location - Delhi

Experience - 5 years

Ctc - 12 lpa

Working Days - 6 days (2nd & fourth Saturday off)

Target Industries : Food & Beverage (Specifically Tea & Coffee)

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Strategy and Execution :

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the HORECA segment.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.

Client Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the HORECA sector.

- Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.

Team Management :

- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales goals.

- Set performance targets and conduct regular performance reviews.

- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.

Market Analysis and Reporting :

- Analyse sales data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.

- Track sales performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Product Knowledge and Promotion :

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company& tea and coffee products.

- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and the sales team.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
