Regional Sales Manager - Horeca (12-18 yrs)
Basic Qualification : Any Graduate, MBA/PGDM Marketing or Hotel Industry.
Experience: Minimum 12 - 18 years of experience in HORECA in FMCG/Food/Beverages products sales.

Roles & Responsibilities :
Sales :
- Create and drive revenue within a specified region. Owning and hitting/exceeding monthly/ quarterly annual sales targets
- Business Plan Preparation and Implementation
- Work on new business development and expansion plan
- Lead and motivate teams
- Maintains and expands customer base by working together with sales representatives, building and maintaining rapport with key customers, and identifying new customer opportunities.
- Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities or products, surveying consumer needs and trends, and tracking competitors.
- Management of perishable food products
- Managing the regional and national contracts.
- Foreseeing challenges and mitigating them in the marketplace to grow volumes and profitability
- Develops sales campaigns to accommodate business goals. Monitors sales staff performance against quota and initiates departmental changes as appropriate to achieve goals
- Defines and directs the sales strategy for the region. Leads the strategic development and implementation of sales strategy.
- Builds strong relationships with key leaders, partners, and clients, internal or external to the sales organization
- Helps their team to builds and deepen ongoing relationships with customers and distributors via timely agenda settings, improving distribution processes and review. Develops and strengthens relationships with strategic and top customer
- Mentors the First Line Manager/Area Manager team. Coaches and develops direct reports to enable them to in turn, be better mentors and coaches for their front line sales teams.
Collections :
- Meet DSO objectives of the assigned region / branches
- Define and maintain credit control Process across the cluster/ territory allocated
HR :
- Accomplishes regional sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees.
- Communicates job expectations clearly to teams , undertake performance reviews periodically and take corrective actions where needed , work on sales incentive plans for teams , undertake appraisals as per defined frequency .
- Overall Adherence to Business Rules, HR Policies/Practices and meeting guidelines issued from HO from time to time.
