Regional Sales Manager - Home Loan (7-15 yrs)
Regional Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales strategy and expanding our market presence for AHL (Affordable Home loan ) and ALAP (Affordable loan against property.
Will be leading a team of Area Sales Managers.
Job Location: Thane/Goregaon.
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share for AHL and ALAP products.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to maximize their potential and performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
Sales Operations:
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closure, ensuring efficient operations and timely follow-ups.
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Market Expansion:
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market reach.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to enhance company visibility.
