Job Description :

1. Build up and lead the sales team to achieve the sales targets of your region.

2. Develop strategies for penetrating new markets.

3. Supervise T.M in the development of their sales strategies, and coach them in the implementation of their strategies.

4. Monitor the performance of all of the sales team.

5. Conducts one-on-one review to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of individual sales and activity performance

6. Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margins for the company

7. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented effectively within the team

8. You will be responsible for sales, collections, promotion activities, dealer support and complete operation of your region

9. Other assignment from National sales Head.

Qualification : MBA/Bachelors

Working Days : 5 Days a Week (9:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
