Regional Sales Manager - Healthcare (3-6 yrs)
- Promotes products in line with the Product strategy and Product positioning in coordination with Product Managers
- Owns the Sales goals for the region product wise, segment wise on Sales value, Sales volume and market share
- Prepares monthly and quarterly plan for achieving the sales goals and implements it to achieve the goal with all concerned at Corporate hospitals to achieve sales goals
- Establishing direct contacts with hospitals, doctors, purchase officials, users and promotes products
- Addressing and resolving complaints and issues with customers in coordinating with relevant functions of the company
- Negotiating contracts with Key corporate customers and monitoring the sales performance
- Coordinating with the Stockists / distributors for meeting customer requirements on on-time delivery, availability of products and ensuring Stockists / distributors perform as per the contracts
- Regular periodic reporting to National Sales Manager on sales - product wise, segment wise, customer wise, customer issues, performance of stockists
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships
