Key Role & Responsibilities
- Handling the Health Insurance Business of the bank with Religare Health Insurance Co Ltd in Delhi-NCR
- Establishing, maintaining and growing relationship with the key stakeholders of the bank namely Regional/State Heads, Channel / Acquistions Head, Branch Managers and liability team.
- Owning the budgeted target of both premium and revenue for the assigned territory and ensuring delivery.
- Responsible for Health Insurance fee generation across segments like CSM, RM/ERM/NR, CASA team and corporate salary.
- Opportunity mapping at the branch level including initiatives like branch/customer profiling, tapping the existing client base, bundling with the other cross sell products and new acquisitions.
- Responsible for handling Religare Sales team in the assigned territory for business generation
- Organizing and conducting marketing and business promotion campaigns designed at national level at region and branch level
- Publishing regular and timely business MIS/competitor analyses and information.
- Organizing periodic training and mock sessions in the branches through dedicated Religare trainers and sales Team.
- Ensuring and owing complete support to all Bank channels on Operational, MIS, Customer Service and Claim related issues
- Responsible for Business productivity from Branch Heads through various Channels.
- Initiating Drives and Contests for the region for creating Excitement for Business .
