Regional Sales Manager - Government Vertical - IT (18-26 yrs)
Urgent hiring for a System Integrator company having expertise lies in Cyber Security, Internet of Things (IOT), Digital Healthcare, Networking and ANKIOS, a single platform exclusively dedicated to next-gen digital transformation - Blockchain, Big Data & Analytics, Intelligent Automation and Cloud Computing technologies.
Position: Regional Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Experience: 18-25 years in Sales and at least 8-10 yrs in Govt Sales in West region
- Should be able to handle, State Govt, Government business across Maharashtra & West India .
- Experience in managing sales team is a must.
- Strategies to augment business, develop new markets, and promote OEM products for business excellence.
- Coordination with States top officials on IT projects; build & establish Organization's credentials in this vertical by working with Customers & Strategic Partners
- Strategy Articulation & Business planning for vertical.
- Correct Technical and Commercial risks assessment of the RFPs / RFIs to be bid with a clear strategy definition and get it approved from the management.
- Identify and conceptualize business solutions for various industries, identify/target potential market segments and go-to-market solutions for identified segments.
- Develop & Build strong relationships with strategic partners for the achievement business objectives.
- Play a crucial role for the government customers to identify the right solutions and technology to address their IT requirements
- Should be target oriented
