Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue government tender opportunities for medical devices in Delhi.

- Manage end-to-end tender processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in government agencies and healthcare institutions.

- Provide leadership and guidance to a sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.

- Responsible for driving sales strategy, managing tender processes specifically within the medical device sector, and overseeing a team of sales professionals.

- Responsible for handling successful tender submissions and contract negotiations.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

- Master's degree in business administration or a related field.

- 12 to 14 years of experience in tender sales in a people management role.
