Job Brief :
- As the Regional Sales Manager - Gold Loan, you will be responsible for developing and managing the Gold Loan business for the assigned region. You will be required to drive and implement sales strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives, and ensure business growth and profitability. You will also be responsible for building capabilities to sell multiple products per customer and developing the distribution network for the region. Your role will involve managing a team of sales professionals, exploring new markets, and allocating resources to the most profitable opportunities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for business development and portfolio management for the Gold Loan business in the assigned region.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to deliver net income in compliance with organizational goals.
- Manage growth and profitability of the channel.
- Build capabilities to sell multiple products per customer.
- Conduct regular business reviews with the team to ensure execution of business strategies and achievement of budgeted targets.
- Explore and identify new sourcing avenues and channels to increase penetration and build a positive book.
- Develop the distribution network for the region and drive sales.
- Increase penetration in the retail market and increase market share.
- Manage and support the effective deployment of a team of sales professionals in the assigned geographical area.
- Fix productivity parameters for the team, monitor performance against set parameters, and review weekly with the team.
- Ensure implementation of promotional plans and contests and suggest new and innovative promotion plans for the area of work.
- Engage operations and risk teams to contribute to overall processes and profitability across locations.
