Regional Sales Manager - General Trade Vertical - FMCG (7-15 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Develop sales plan and strategies to increase market penetration within region.

2. Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region.

3. Set the vision for the region and develop and adheres to a business plan to attain the company's mission.

4. Evaluate market trends in the general trade and gather competitive information; identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.

5. Managing a sales team to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals for General Trade

6. Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction

7. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to general trade market.

8. Allocating areas to Sales Representatives

9. Developing sales strategies and setting targets within the region with the team

10. Monitoring the allocated team's performance and motivating them to reach targets

Desired Candidate Profile :

1. Proven experience in meeting sales goals.

2. Strong Relationship building skills

3. Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.

4. Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar senior sales role.
