3. Be able to connect with HNI (High net worth individuals) audiences and influence them to pitch the proposition.


4.Achieve regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews

Job Title : Regional Sales Manager - Pre School

- Minimum 7 years of experience/ having worked in Franchisee Acquisitions/Exp. Of working in education sector

Be able to connect with HNI (High net worth individuals) audiences and influence them to pitch the Pre-School proposition


- Achieve sales target with respect to signing up pre-school /Responsible for the franchise sales pre-qualification and application process Preschool franchise


Reporting To : Head - Marketing & Business Development


Job Purpose:


 Answer why this job is in the organization

This role will be primarily responsible for signing up new franchise schools under the International Pre School brandKey Responsibilities Please list the most important and relevant responsibilities1. Execute the franchisee growth acquisition strategy for the Company


.2. Manage the entire franchisee sales process.


3. Responsible for the franchise sales pre-qualification and application process.


4. Achieve sales target with respect to signing up Preschool franchise.


5. Be able to connect with HNI (High net worth individuals) audiences and influence them to pitch the proposition.


6. Promptly and diligently respond to and follow up on all quality prospects


7. Achieve regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews8. Implement production productivity, quality and customer service standards


9. As part of a site selection committee, review and analyze sites for franchisees


10. Resolving problems and timely completion of audits


11. Identifying trends and determining regional sales system improvements


12. Maintain required records and documentation of sales process


13. Perform other duties as assigned

Job Description:

- Travel within India to interact with customers.

- Work in liaison with technical personnel to make product presentations to customers.

- Sending quotations and follow-up.

- Attending customer complaints and queries.

- Monitor and report on the activities of competitors.

- Develop product knowledge

- Identify new customers and businesses.

- Liaison with accounts department for timely payment realizations.

- Handle the allotted foreign Principals accounts

- Preparing sales reports.

Position requires the candidate to have :

- Well developed interpersonal skills, flexible attitude & analytical abilities

- Good command over English.

- Drive & passion to take up challenges.

- Knowledge of merchandising techniques

- Familiarity with multiple languages would be an added advantage.
