Regional Sales Manager - Formwork/Building Material Business (5-10 yrs)
- Manage Key accounts Channels and Distributors
- To achieve the Pre set Targets
- Network with the industry, government agencies, funding agencies and others
- Travel to various locations for Business Development and to explore business opportunities Instrumental in organise large scale shows in Mumbai
- Participate in seminar and Exhibitions at Mumbai
- Develop relationship with consultants / architects and Government officials
- Organizing technical proposals preparation by the team
- Commercial and technical negotiations to close sales
- Keeping a tab on the competitors activities
- Manage the team and the regional office.
- BE prefer Civil / Mechanical
- 5-10 years experience with at least 5 years of strong sales experience in infrastructure & Building material supply industry
- Not looking for candidates from PERI /DOKA /STEN
- Focus sales to mid-low rise residential and commercial segment
- Strong sales management experience in negotiation and closing
- Good network of channel partners and distributors operating in construction industry
- Experience in selling a concept and premium products
- Through knowledge and work site experience in Mumbai construction market
- Proficient computer skills using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Age not more than 35 Years
