Regional Sales Manager - FMCG - South (10-20 yrs)

We have an opening as a RSM - GT&MT for one of the leading FMCG Company.

Job Location : BANGALORE

Experienced Required : 10+years into GT and MT

Job Description :

- Capability in Strategic Planning and GTM tactics


- Drive Sales plan to achieve month and quarter priorities of South India (GT & MT)


- Ensuring Sales and Distribution, Merchandising &Outlet Expansion


- Have a good knowledge of Distributors and lead the team to Appoint and Handle Distributors


- Manage the relationship with the Key Accounts in the region and Joint business planning


- Leading Business review with the accounts and develop business plans for the year, including revenue planning, promo calendar planning, focusing on value growth areas for the Soulfull Business.


- Working along with the KAM or COO to develop & negotiate TOTs which drive profitability and presence for the range of products to be executed.


- Managing Listing, Visibility, Trade Activations and Driving New Product Launches at account level


- Work with ASM & KAE to ensure


- 100% fill rates to MT accounts by managing stocks at distributors and right forecasting.


- Handle Third party team comprising of Promoters and supervisors at the outlet level for merchandising and off takes of products.


- Work along with the retailers to understand shopper behavior and tap into areas for increasing business


- Negotiation and generation of PO's from local buying managers thru team or self. Servicing of PO's in coordination with supply chain for Stocks.


- Reconciliation of local sales promotions budgets/ Invoices with coordination from Accounts and Finance team.


- Ensuring proper claim management, handling compliance issues


- Analysis and studying competitors on timely basis.


- Building the required Sales team (ASM, SO, SE)


- Driving New Product Launches, Business Development, Sales Promotions and visibility campaigns


- Ensure Sales Force Training and implementation of Bizom


- People Management - Maintaining a conducive professional relationship with all business partners


- Managing Team - Keeping them motivated, providing guidance, monitoring performance.


- Monitoring Budgets and utilizing the same to optimum level


- Must be willing to travel across the region
