Regional Sales Manager - FMCG/Pharma/OTC/Traditional Medicine (15-20 yrs)

15+ years of experience in FMCG/Pharma/OTC/Traditional Medicine industry with :

- Pharma ways of working in market/planning, and processes

- FMCG ways of working in market/planning, and processes

- Distributor planning and RoI calculations

- Handled sales middle leadership roles (independently managed zone/regions)

- Experience in execution of sales strategies, conceiving new selling arrangements and foraying into geographies/territories

- Prior experience in developing existing and new channel partners and implementing trade marketing policies for increased engagement of channel partners

- Experience in implementing sales processes and monitoring mechanisms in line with best practices (sales automation platforms/ERP ,salesforce capability building, incentive schemes etc.) to drive overall efficiency and effectiveness

Role Overview :

- The sales position will be responsible to drive and lead the regional team in the achievement of sales target and realization, guide the area sales managers in relationship development and be accountable for all activities within the region.


- To manage overall business delivery and operations of the region through efficient resource allocation, people management and internal coordination.


- The role is also responsible to manage the entire front end team of ASMs and Business Executives and train them to efficiently drive sales for the area
