Regional Sales Manager - FMCG - North (10-16 yrs)
We are looking candidates for "Regional Sales Manager-Noth" with one of our Indian MNC client in to FMCG.
Education:-MBA (Full Time)
Job Responsibility:-
- Incumbent would be responsible for managing team of ASMs to get the business as per planned through channel sales and distribution from entire north market (Delhi,Rajasthan,MP,Gujarat) .
- This role required the candidates who have worked in the geography (Delhi,Rajasthan,MP,Gujarat) and handled the traditional trade network with very good exposure in distribution management.
- Coordinating with across function team to execute the business plan and achieve the desired goal.
- The incumbent should set an example for integrity and responsibility to the people he leads - he walks the talk. He helps his team with issues they face and confront problems. He also understands the importance of their role in the execution of company strategy.
- The incumbent should be driven to add value. He should develop new and improved ways for business success and measure their achievements in financial terms e.g. budgets, cost.
- Preference of the candidates from FMCG background only with good pedigree.
