Regional Sales Manager - FMCG - East (10-20 yrs)
- Building new distribution partners and channels, and expanding existing ones to increase market access.
- Maintaining relationships with distributors and channel partners and enabling them to maximize volumes.
- Analyzing sales data to accurately forecast future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace
- Foreseeing challenges and mitigating them in the marketplace to grow volumes and profitability.
Requirement:
1. Should have handled the areas of West Bengal, North East (entire), Orissa, Bihar, and Jharkhand.
2. Must be having 70% knowledge of GT, 30% of Modern Trade
3. Should have managed a large number of stockiest network
4. Should have worked in CFA and Super Stockiest model
5. Should have worked in Advance terms
6. Should be expert in General Trade handling more than 10,000 and above outlet network in East Region
