Regional Sales Manager - FMCG/Consumer Durables - North (12-14 yrs)

Principal Accountability (Why This Role Exists?)
- To Achieve the B2C Objectives in the Region i.e. Topline for the part of a region.
2. Key Responsibilities (Currently) :
Primary Sales/Category Sales :
- Plan and Achieve product category wise AOP Plan for region at monthly and Quarterly Level (primary, secondary) for the Region Channel
- Ensure Network Management and Presence across all towns and Cities in Region
- Continuously Monitor & Improve Channel Partner Health at Dealer, Distributor level
- Strategize and Execute maximize reach (ND, WD) in all town categories
- Drive Regional Activities for CP (Tally Patch, Sales force automation, Dealer Portal, Collection, etc)
Regional Trade/Visibility :
- Ensure execution of secondary schemes for the region on monthly/quarterly basis and the achievement of Objectives through the schemes
- Ensure all the key dealer programs are executed in the market with personal intervention and monitoring.
- Plan and Execute Sales and Promotion Activities for respective product line in region with both FOS and TSM
- BTL activities including CP meets and Sell out activities
People :
- Mentor the ASM to achieve their targets at category level.
- Drive productivity and Sales achievement through TSM and FOS
- Ensure employee engagement by identifying latent needs and motivation.
Process :
- Execute a robust Plan, Do, Review cycle with his team - ASMs, TSMs & FFO
Market Development :
- Ensuring good ND,WD and execution of the New products in the region
- Plan & execute the new channel appointment and ensure
Budgeting & Forecasting :
- Plan branch wise forecasting for the PL at category level
- Competition Analysis, Market Trend analysis, data driven decisions
Education: MBA/master's in management from Tier 1 institutions with minimum 12 - 14 yrs of exp in Sales out of which minimum 7 yrs in handling region
