Regional Sales Manager - FMCG (5-8 yrs)
A Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the sale of a business' products or services in a specified region or geographical area. The regional sales manager provides ongoing support to distribute and produce to product or service. Additionally, the regional sales manager manages a sales team in the specified area.
- Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
- Support Store Managers with day-to-day store operation
- Evaluate store and individual performances
- Report on regional sales results
- Forecast quarterly and annual profits
- Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople
- Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
- Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
- Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
IMPORTANT GUIDELINES FOR THE CANDIDATES APPLYING
The candidate has to open new areas by appointing new distributors which are not opened.
- The Candidate Will Have To Appoint 20-25 New Distributors Or Big Retailer Counter Supplier For The Company With 1 Visit A Month To Each Distributor For Their Support. Distributor'S Should Able To Do Secondary Sales On Their End.
- The Candidate Has To Handle His Newly Opened Distributors And Generate Primary Sales.
No Sr Or So Will Be Appointed For The First 6-7 Months In These New Areas Till The Distributors Become Regular And Confident.
- Our Products Are Of High Quality And Are Of Competitive Prices With The Leading Brands.

- Market knowledge, Distributors, distributor handling
- 6 Days a week Full Time
