Job Description :
We are hiring Regional Sales Manager, for our client in Madurai.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region
- Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals
- Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
- Assisting sales personnel in their techniques
- Developing specific plans to ensure growth for both long and short-term
- Educating the sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings
- Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements
Requirements :
- Should have required professional qualification.
- Must have worked in Senior ASM position in aggressive FMCG companies.
- With strong Field Experience from FMCG preferably food.
- Must be very familiar with Tamil Nadu Upcountry market
- Must have extensive market knowledge on Semi-Urban & Rural Tamil Nadu.
- Good in Sales System- able to get along with Team & lead.
- Hard Working and able to take up challenges for gaining sales growth.
