Regional Sales Manager - FMCG (5-7 yrs)
Responsibilities :
1. Minimum 3 years experience into Frontline management experience (Sales officer/Senior Sales officer) in reputed FMCG companies.
2. He should have worked as Area Sales Manager for minimum of 5 years with reputed FMCG companies handling entire Bangalore.
3. The position demands comprehensive understanding of General trade and Modern trade markets.
4. The candidate should have personally been involved in regular market works with complete understanding of placement of products and merchandising and inventory management.
5. The candidate is responsible for Recruiting, Training & Managing a Sales team.
6. Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
7. Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
8. Manage the sales team for sales growth and revenue enhancement.
9. Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
10. Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence.
11. Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
12. Build a sales culture and sales centric atmosphere among the team members.
13. Provide timely feedback to the sales personnel regarding their sales performance.
14. Provide trainings, educational workshops, and challenging opportunities for enhancing career growth of employees.
15. Conduct business plan review meetings with the sales team.
16. Develop creative promotional strategies to attract more customers.
17. Develop a performance improvement plan for the sales team to meet performance goals.
Other Requirements :
- MBA from a reputed Institute.
- Good Leadership, Negotiation & Communication Skills
