Regional Sales Manager - FMCG (12-15 yrs)
Our Client a Well Known Well Known in FMCG Company Based Mumbai who are into Foods Products-Noodles,sauces and many more Products.
THOSE FROM NON FMCG INDUSTRY SUCH AS TELECOM, INSURANCE, BANKING AND OTHER INDUSTRIES CV'S WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. ONLY THOSE FROM HARD CORE FMCG COMPANIES WILL BE CONSIDERED.
Currently You must be in the Role of RSM from a Hard Core FMCG Company and Candidate must have experience in Working Entire TN.Karnataka and Kerala state.
Role & Responsibilities
- Candidate will be in charge of initially Three states-TN/Karnataka /Kerala and AP will be added after 6 months.
- Candidates will be responsible for Both GT and MT. Clients are already strong in MT.
- You will Handle ASM's and S.O's and Drive sales. You must be Pro Active, Drive and Motivate People under you .
- You must be a Leader who should build a empire for our Clients in South.
- Regional Manager must have working Knowledge of Entire Three states TN/Karnataka and Kerala.
- You will report to GM Sales.
- You must know At least Two South Indian Languages.
- Age not more than 45 Years.
- Knowledge of entire Southern region is a must. THIS POSITION WILL REPORT TO GM.
- Candidates who will be Based at either at Chennai or Bangalore. Working Knowledge Three south Indian states is a Must.
- Those from other Industries need not Apply. Those from Banking/Telecom/Insurance and Consumer Durable will not be Considered for this position.
- This is highly Challenging Position and our Clients are set to Launch New products soon and have massive expansion plans.
