Regional Sales Manager - FMCG (10-15 yrs)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- The incumbent would be responsible for handling the dealer distributor network of entire North Region
- Demonstrated abilities in expanding the market, brand building, generating new trade and targeting the potential customers / consumers
- Experience in charting out sales strategies and contributing towards enhancing business volumes
- Adroit in creating business development procedures, channel / dealership standards and sales strategies as well as service delivery plans & guidelines
- Proficient in mentoring and training the field functionaries to ensure the sales & operational efficiency
CANDIDATE PROFILE :
- An MBA from a Premier B school Tier 1) with 10+ years of experience .
- He should be proficient in creating and handling the dealer distributor network
- Candidates from FMCG companies would be preferred .
