Regional Sales Manager - FMCG (10-15 yrs)
Skills needed : Regional sales experience, sales and distribution, head hunting, candidate needs to be from General Trade/FMCG Industry, Proficient in Tamil, Kannada languages, Business Development, generating business.
What we are looking for ?
- Minimum 10+Years' Experience in General Trade/FMGC Industry.
- Extensive market knowledge of Sales & Distribution.
- Should know Tamil, Kannada languages.
What would you be doing ?
- Evaluate General Trade requirements potential in the allocated territory.
- To map the entire market of Karnataka/Tamil Nadu for business development.
- Setting up the sales team for TN/KA.
- Appointing the new dealers & distributors in the assigned territory and launch the product.
- Setting up the target to the sales team in every Districts of the States.
- Job will include to keep track of on-going projects, hunting for new business, providing technical assistance as and when required.
- The managers should lead a sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting up sales quotas, selling strategies, opportunities to increase volume, goals, creating sales plans, analysing data, assigning sales territories & building their team. They need to set up KPA, KRA & SOPs for the sales team.
