Regional Sales Manager - FMCG (10-12 yrs)
A leading FMCG Client of ours is looking for a Regional Manager - Sales to be based in South India.
We are looking or candidates who are flexible on any location in South India.
We are looking for candidates from premier B Schools only, from 2005-2008 batches.
We prefer candidates who are fluent in Tamil, Tulu, Telugu, Kannada etc.
The brief responsibilities of the role are as follows:
- Lead Sales Capability for the region
- Manage all GTM activities
- Strategize all distribution related activities
- Identify retail and wholesale channels for the region
- Drive the P & L responsibilities or the region
- Provide leadership to the sales and marketing team for the region
- Coach, mentor teams for successful implementation of all GT, MT activities
- Work with cross-functional teams and ensure proper implementation of all sales and marketing initiatives and projects
- Collaborate with other regional managers to ensure best practices are implemented for the region
