Regional Sales Manager - FMCD (10-16 yrs)
REGIONAL MANAGER
Who are Looking: -
Sales professional having on-hand experience in the consumer durables & small appliances industry.
The incumbent will play a key role in all aspects of Growing the business catering to all the lines of Products/businesses. The incumbent is to ensure regular inclusion of new partners & stores in the "A" class category). The profile will lead entire Sell-in & Sell-out Relationship management across the region to deliver business growth & profitability through channels. The incumbent will represent the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers while meeting with him and ensuring that the assigned customer's needs and expectations are met by the company.
Role & Responsibility :
Sales Target Achievement :
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and facilitate strong Sell-out initiatives at the Stores.
- Establish business targets discussion with the dealers and company & work towards meeting the targets at the end of the month.
- Appoint new dealers within the region assigned and ensure proper coverage/conversion of existing / new dealers.
- Create business plans and strategies to improve the overall business plan.
- Support the teams down the line in generating high-volume leads and ensure relationships are nurtured for long-term business relationships.
- Analyse the market potential and work towards generating opportunities for selling.
Plan & Review :
- Ensure proper planning for Margins/profitability across channels and drive the teams for the delivery of the same.
- Timely review of the sales productivity, target delivery, margin delivery, and quarterly performance review with the Leadership as well as Teams down the line.
- Analyse information pertaining to competitive products, competitive prices, and related terms and conditions of sale and offer feedback on the market and competitors and document such information for strategic planning.
- Provide feedback on the market and competitors to the regional and sales functions down the line to ensure better coordination and deployment of plans/initiatives.
Team Management :
- Maintain and improve a successful and positive culture that is evidenced by low attrition, high employee morale, and exceptional individual and team performance.
- Provide leadership so that staff are well motivated and engaged to stay and contribute effectively to the organization.
- Must have sound administrative skills to monitor team performance.
- Ensure skill up-gradation of sales teams through exposure to various training and learning initiatives.
- Ensure the complete team is onboarded with product knowledge and placed at relevant counters.
- Manage the attendance and grooming of the team and guide them on maintaining relations at the store.
Trade Marketing Support :
- Deployment of Trade Marketing initiatives at the Outlets.
- Facilitating the Sell-out through teams (sell-out managers), Promoters as well as cross-selling and roll-out of Product Launches.
