Role :
- Achievement of targets as per plan
- Manage business & distribution for LAP product for the assigned region (ticket size 50 lacs & above)
- Manage Cross-sell & Up-sell of products (to existing & new customers of LAP)
- Deliver on the weighted IRR target for the region
