Regional Sales Manager - Financial Services (5-7 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
We are looking for energetic professionals who are interested in building a career with a new age digital first award-winning platform. . The role will essentially require selected candidates to manage a region independently and develop B2B channels in the region. The role requires a high level of business ownership to grow and manage the operations of the Company in the particular region
The Job outline is as follows :
- Develop a distribution network of channel partners in allocated region.
- Manage Key partners and help them grow business
- Develop a business plan and ensure execution to achieve the defined targets.
- Track and report business from the region to the senior management
- Create & manage a team of sales managers / executives and mentor / guide them to achieve their monthly/quarterly/yearly targets Ideal Candidates
- High degree of process orientation
- Business Development & channel management Skills
- People-oriented personality. Good understanding of financial services business, particularly distribution of financial products like Insurance, Mutual Funds, Ventura securities Bonds, etc.
- Financial services particularly distribution of financial products like IAMI funds, IFAs, NCFM, AMFI
- Understanding of use of digital tools and technology in growing distribution business
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to work with start-up and problem-solving skills
