Regional Sales Manager - ERP Product (5-15 yrs)
Job Description :
- Directly contribute to achieve and surpass individual and department revenue goals of the organization
- Identify, innovate and execute business ideas to improve division goals and targets
- Initiate, manage, take ownership of strategic dialogues with other teams, including Marketing, Technology, Client Services, among others
- Develop and implement strategic goals and tactical planning for sales organization
- Ensure relationships with key decision-makers for accounts that will provide new business are continuously developed and relationships are strengthened and grown
- Oversee and manage the company's industry relations with key industry associations
- Solicit customer feedback to inform product management team
- Perform other duties as assigned
Candidate Requirements:
- Sales experience in Oracle NetSuite ERP/Ramco/Sage/Microsoft Dynamics Nav license and services selling across markets would be preferred or ERP sales experience would be a must.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to integrate knowledge across disciplines to include consultative selling, product demonstrations, closing contracts, operation/process flow, and product function
- Direct, previous track record of consistently achieving or beating quota for individual sales performance
- Comfortable using online software sales automation products such as netsuite.com and web collaboration tools like WebEx/Go to Meeting
- Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment
- Develops plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals.
- Creates a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.
- Manages the use of budgets.
- Has worked in a high-value B2B complex sales environment
- Manages customer expectations and contributes to a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Defines sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identifies improvements where and when required.
- Compiles information and data related to customer and prospect interactions.
-Monitors customer, market and competitor activity and provides feedback to company leadership team.
- Works closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel and partner programs.
- Manages key customer relationships and participates in closing strategic opportunities.
- Travels for in-person meetings with customers and employees as necessary.
- Masters and enforces Inspirria Cloudtech's Sales Policy guidelines.
Qualifications/Skills :
- Minimum 5-10 years of relevant sales experience in ERP software industry experience IS A MUST
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in selling strategies and methodologies, strategic planning and execution.
- Sales expert who can drive sales opportunities to win and close deals.
- Expert in the industry who understands and influences the marketplace.
- A track record of performance excellence in meeting targets and objectives.
Working Days : 5 Days a Week (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)
