Regional Sales Manager - Engineering Services & Printing Solutions (8-15 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve regional revenue targets and market penetration goals.

- Identify and target key prospects and clients within the manufacturing, engineering, and related industries, positioning Altem Technologies as a trusted partner for their 3D printing and engineering needs.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their unique requirements and providing tailored solutions to meet their evolving needs.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, technical support, and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and effective communication.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth

- Oversee the sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.

- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets within the technology, manufacturing, or engineering sectors.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

- Understanding of PLM Software, 3D printing, engineering, or related technologies is highly desirable.

- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and formulate effective sales strategies.

- Experience leading and motivating a sales team, fostering a collaborative and high performance culture.
