Regional Sales Manager - Electronics (5-10 yrs)
The Regional Business Manager is responsible for creating mutually advantageous relationships with distributors and retailers and drive the business of the company.
- Appoint, and manage business of channel partners in the region and ensure channel profitability and alignment to company goals.
- Establishes sales and revenue plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories;
- Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
