Regional Sales Manager - Electronic Security Systems (15-22 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Consultants and PMC for specking and Tender preparations.
- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals.
- Implement effective sales strategies to win new business and retain existing.
- Manage the entire life cycle of the new sale from Mapping to order closure.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Maintain relationship and generate business from verticals like Real Estate, Hospitality, Hospitals, IT, Pharma, Fit-out, Commercial, E-commerce, Data centre and Global Accounts.
- Develop long term sales strategies and work closely with the senior management to meet company objectives.
Qualifications & Skill requirements:
- MBA/Engineering Degree BE in electrical/electronics.
- 12+ years of Project Sales experience in the Electronic Security Systems Industry.
- Superior knowledge of Electronic Security Systems.
- Strong in Vendor management, OEM relationship, Client management and good Market connect.
- Thorough knowledge of products like Fire Alarm System, CCTV, Access control, Building Management system, PA, Boom Barriers/entry automation solutions, Intrusion systems and all other kind of electronic security systems including experience on Integration of all electronic security systems.
- Strong relationship with Regional MEP consultants and PMC companies.
- Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guidelines on Fire and Electronic Security Systems.
