REGIONAL BUSINESS MANAGER
- Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region
- Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals
- Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
- Assisting sales personnel in their techniques
- Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
- Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings
- Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvmented with network associates and imparting continuous training
- Team and KOL development of region
- Identification of new avenues for further business development.
- Distributor management - associating and developing channel partners and ensuring maximum visibility / coverage in the market
- Cementing relationship with network associates and imparting continuous training
- Developing and maintaining corporate relationships for accomplishment of group objectives by generating business
Job Specification :
Essentials :
- Graduation in Sales and marketing from an institute of repute
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in institutional sales, B2B / Corporate sales
- Ability to manage assigned region through a team of dedicated professionals
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and adept at handling teams.
