Roles and Responsibilities

- We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager for a 3 year old startup which has been working with schools across Mumbai delivering academic content through AI based platform for learning, school operations and management .

Key Responsibilities of Regional Sales Manager -Maharashtra

- Responsible for acquisition of new schools in Maharshtra Region.

- Responsible for revenue generation through up-sell and cross-sell products to existing schools.

- Key account management of schools through relationship building and providing product consultation to key stakeholders (management, principal, teachers, parents, students)

- Ensure that all services are delivered efficiently and product usage at schools is effective.

- Ensure response time to schools is very high.

- Utilize company resources and coordinate with internal teams for excellent service delivery to schools.

- Share market learning with Product and Marketing teams

- Ensure profitable growth in sales through effective planning & execution for both short and long term.

- Support Sales leadership in forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Graduate or a MBA with 5-7 year experience in Education related product or service sales in a B2B model

- We are looking for individuals with exposure to B2B sales in Education industry and have worked with similar companies in past

Perks and Benefits :

7,00,000 to 8,00,000 per annum, with around 55,000 -65,000 per month plus allowances and a huge incentive on achievement of targets.
