:We are seeking a motivated and experienced Franchise Expansion Manager to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new franchise opportunities, developing strategic plans for expansion, and nurturing relationships with potential franchisees. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, market analysis, and a keen understanding of our brand's values and objectives.
Responsibilities:-
- Research and identify potential markets for franchise expansion.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and drive franchise growth.
- Identify and evaluate potential franchisees through networking, referrals, and industry events.- Guide potential franchisees through the application and qualification process.
- Negotiate franchise agreements and ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support franchisees in launching and operating successful businesses.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees to ensure brand consistency and operational excellence.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
